This fee of $99 is generally reimbursed to you by your insurance company upon presenting with our tax invoice however, it is wise to ask them before purchasing this service. The fee charged for this service is not transferable to final repair cost and is also not refundable if the device is deemed beyond economical repair.

How to proceed with getting an insurance quote for your iPhone 15 Pro Max​​?

All you have to do is book online and make your device available to our technician for detail assessment. Your damage device can be received via mail or you may bring a device in for an assessment to our mobile phone repair centre. Pick up might be available for selected areas and option will be visible during check out process if available.

Once the device is received our technicians will go through the inspection process, this process generally takes 2-3 business days unless some parts need to be sourced for testing and assessing purposes where wait time for parts will be advised to you. After the assessment is completed you will then receive Damage Report / Quote in electronic format in your registered email in our system. You will then forward this insurance company and any further equity they might have will be directed to us.

If a new issue arises during repair process later due to an underlying issue that was now identified earlier, we will send an amended written report.
