This fee of $99 is generally reimbursed to you by your insurance company upon presenting with our tax invoice however, it is wise to ask them before purchasing this service. Fee charged for this service is not transferable to final repair cost and is also not refundable if device is deemed beyond economical repair.

How to proceed with getting insurance quote for your iPad 4?

All you have to do is book online and make your device available to our technician for detail assessment. Your damage device can be received via mail or you may bring device in for assessment to our mobile phone repair centre. Pick up might be available for selected areas and option will be visible during check out process if available.

Once device is received our technicians will go through inspection process, this process generally takes 2-3 business days unless some parts needs to be sourced for testing and assessing purposes where wait time for parts will be advised to you. After assessment is complted you will then receive Damage Report / Quote in electorinc format in your registered email in our system. You will then forward this insurance company and any furhter enquity they might have will be directed to us.

If new issue arrises during repair process later due to any under-lying issue that was now identified earlier, we will send amended written report.
